John 1:41-43

⁴¹ He *found first his own brother Simon and *said to him, “We have found the ^(A)Messiah” (which translated means ^[a]Christ). ⁴² He brought him to Jesus. Jesus looked at him and said, “You are Simon the son of ^[b](B)John; you shall be called ^(C)Cephas” (which is translated ^[c](D)Peter).

^43 (E)The next day He purposed to go into ^(F)Galilee, and He *found ^(G)Philip. And Jesus *said to him, “^(H)Follow Me.”
